Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telegram sent you today:-
"Regret cannot attend todays' meeting: Hope we will recover South America; Any option or contract for sales in that country is worth substantial cash consideration to our Company; Kindly advise me when anything definite is heard from Yeomans. A.O. Tate."
