Eaton, No. 120 Broadway New York Dear Sir:- I have your letter of 2nd instant, enclosing draft covering Mr. Insull's ten per cent interest in the 12,500 shares of the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Co. I return the draft herewith. It is perfectly satisfactory. Please have Mr Insull's agreement prepared for execution, and also prepare similar copies covering Mr. Batchelor and Mr. Tate's interests.
