Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 8th instant, enclosing copy of a communication addressed to yourself by Mr. H. Ward Leonard, of the Cash Installations Division of the United Company, in regard to the advisability of selling oil paper.
Insomuch as this is not a patented article, my opinion is that the United Company should sell it.
