Col Gouraud is in Washington for the purpose of obtaining for the purpose of obtaining from President Harrison and his cabinet phonograph messages to Henry M. Stanley.
The messenger who bares this letter has with him a box of phonograms addressed to Col Gouraud care of the Presidents Private Secretary, White House, Washington.
Will you very kindly leave this box rushed there to its destination and greatly oblige.
