Dear Sir:-
Replying to your letter of 9th instant, in regard to $2,500 Trust Certificates and $7,500 General Company stock, owed to Major Eaton by Mr. Edison, the latter desires that you deliver this to Major Eaton out of the stock which you have in our hands for Mr. Edison's account.
I will send Mr. Edison's check for $150 to Major Eaton, in payment of April 1st divided on 75 shares of General Company stock, in compliance with your request.
