Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm receipt of message telephoned from your office today as follows:-
"Call a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Edison Lamp Co. at Edison Laboratory, Orange, N.J. Tuesday, April 15th, 3 o'clock afternoon. Please cancel meeting of the European Company for Tuesday. It is very important that we should hold the other meeting at the Laboratory on Tuesday."
I have called a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Lamp Co., in accordance with the above, and have also postponed the European Co meeting which was to have been held on Tuesday until the next day.
