Dear Sir: I return herewith bills Feb 1st 105.15 and $1575.13.The former is the carbon filament experiment for [illegible] and labor as the later is divided as follows Labor on machine for sealing carbons in bulbs. 669.09 Test Room 437.26 General Lamp Experiment 70.15 $1176.50 The fired charges of the labor [illegible] are distributed over all experiments and based upon the labor. These charges are included in the above amounts.
