Dear Sir
Referring to the attached diagram I observe that the present hole No 3 in bored to within a short distance of water level. Why should you not continue this instead of boring the proposed hole which is directed to the same point. You cannot strike anything of value on the line of the proposed hole and therefore it seems to be unnecessary to start it. Please let me hear from you about this.
