April 19th, 1890 Alexander Eliott, Jr., Esq., First National Bank Building, Patterson, New Jersey Dear Sir:- I desire to have kept in my here, a record of all the leases which yo are arranging for, so that a proper check may be kept upon them, and where necessary. notice may be given within the time specified in the lease, for vacation, so that we may not be committed through [subject] to retain any property that we may desire to get rid of. Will you kindly have those tabulated, and put in proper shape for keeping such a check upon them, and send me a list of the same, that I can have entered in a bank here. Yours very truly, Thos A.
