Rue Dey 43
Antwerp, Belgium
My dear Dyer,-
In the new Lalande license agreement, Mr. Edison is given permission to merchandise the Edison-Lalade and send it to me. I will then write you in regard to your handling this batter for all primary cell purpose in the territory where sales can be made by us. It is a splendid success over here, and I am sure you could do a very large business abroad with it.
Yours very truly
A.O. Tate
