Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith note of the Edison Iron Concentrating Company to the order of the Merchants Loan & Trust Company, payable four months after date, April 26th, 1890, for Thirty Five Hundred Dollars, which as been endorsed by Mr. Lewis Miller, Mr. W.S. Mallory, Mr. Ira M. Miller, and Mr. Edison, and which is forwarded for your endorsement, after which I understand that it is to be returned to Mr. Ira M. Miller, Akron, Ohio.
