Dear Sir:-
I send you herewith, by special messenger, half a dozen of new mailing cylinders. These are not absolutely perfect, as they were made by hand. We are now engaged in making the tools necessary for their manufacture and when these are completed, the cylinders will be turned out perfect and free from defects.
