Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telegram sent you this afternoon:-
"Your Company must not permit European transaction to go any farther until I have passed personal judgment upon underwriters. This point is vital. My consent is withheld subject to decision after list has been furnished me. T.A. Edison."
