Stevens, Esq., President Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Co., 93 Milk St., Boston, Mass Dear Sir:- I beg to confirm the following telegrams sent you this afternoon:- "Under no circumstances would I consent to Yeomans proceeding until he has submitted and we have passed upon names of underwriters.
