Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telegrams sent you this afternoon:-
"Under no circumstances would I consent to Yeomans proceeding until he has submitted and we have passed upon names of underwriters. His disinclination to cable list looks like confession of weakness. You should insist upon his immediate compliance. A.O.T."
