Dear Sirs:-
We are in receipt of a letter from Mr. Everett Frazar under date 7th instant, in which he states that he has just rec'd advice from Shanghai that the shipment per steamer "GLENGYLE: was badly packed, the pulley of phonograph
#3775 being broken and the piece missing. In addition to this, the polished cases, two in number, were also broken. Mr. Frazar enclosed the packing list for this machine, and we send it to you herewith. Mr. Frazar also asks for a supply of pamphlets. He has given us a order for battery material, which we are having packed now and which will go forward as soon as another steamer is in berth for Suez. If you will sound these pamphlets over to the Manufacturing Co's factory, we will pack them with the batteries and send them forward as soon as we receive shipping instructions from Mr. Frazar.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
