Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 10th instant, re Edison Tract at Dunderberg Mountain, and in reply I enclose herewith my check on Drexel, Morgan & Co., to the order of Thomas Nelson, for Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000). You can hand this check to Mr. Nelson as soon as you have had a report on the title satisfactory to yourself.
