Dear Sir:-
I return herewith seven copies of agreement for assigning inventions and patents, dated April 19th 1890, between Thos. A. Edison, Jesse H. Lippincott, Thos. R. Lombard, the North Am. Phono. Co., Louis Glass Exploiting Co. of California, and Automatic Phono. Exhibition &c.
I also return herewith eight copies of agreement for pooling stock, under date April 18th, 1890, between Thos. A. Edison, Jesse H. Lippincott, Thos. R. Lombard, the North Am. Phono. Co., Louis Glass, Exploiting Co. of California, Automatic Phono. Exhibition Co. Chas A. Cheever and Felix Gottschalk, Trustee.
All of the above agreements have been executed by me and duly witnessed.
