Dear Sir:-
Replying to your inquiry of 8th instant, relative to the mortgage on the Menlo Park property. I beg to inform you that this mortgage is held by the Mutual Life Ins. Co. of New York, and is for the sum of $3,000.00. The interest on this mortgage, amounting to $105, will be due on June 1st. I enclose herewith a notice to that effect.
