Dear Sir:-
With reference to your letter of 21st instant, in regard to the prices charged Mr. Edison by the Phonograph Works for castings, Mr. Edison says that he will allow the old bill to go through. In future, however, all your bills against Mr. Edison for castings, brass and iron, are to be figured on the basis named in the letter of your Mr. Ware, dated 21st instant, and to which this communication is a reply.
