Edison Building, Broad St., New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telephone message sent to you from this office to-day, in reply to one received from you this morning:-
“I told Mr. Ware that the Dell Company must be charged on the Phonograph Works books with bills rendered only. Any other charges are unliquidated damages and will be the subject of arbitration or litigation. Mr. Lewis has everything complete. A. O. TATE.”
