Dear Sir:-
The chandeliers are unsatisfactory. Fifty per cent of the light is lost. The price is simply outrageous, in addition, even if they were all right. I will not have them in the room. If you remove them and deduct the amount charged, as well as some other overcharges, I will pay the bill.
