I have your letter of 23rd instant, enclosing copy of the opinion of Judge [illegible text] continuing the present temporary injunction against the N. A. P. Co. I note what you have marked [illegible text] blue pencil concerning the graphophone. Does this mean that they can sell graphophones and not phonographs?
