Eugene H. Lewis, Esq.,
Messrs. Eaton & Lewis,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
Re Toy Phonograph matter. Mr. Stephenson did not say whether he desired me to be present in the Jersey City Court on Wednesday next when this case is expected to be called. If it is necessary for me to attend, I would like to be informed as to the location of the Court, how to get there, and at what time I should be on hand.
Yours very truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary.
