January 30, 1891. Samuel G. Burn, Esq., Brookside, N.J. Dear Sir:- Your letter of 28th instant to Mr. Edison has been duly received. The sketch of the Day and Schenck ground enclosed therewith is all right. What we desired to know was, if you were keeping a separate record of the mica produced by each of these properties. The royalties which we have to pay are different in each case; hence the necessity of distinct records. A check for $57.08 was mailed this morning to the Equitable Life Assurance Society, in payment of premium on your policy, and the amount has been charged against your account. Yours truly, A. O. Tate
