Edison Building, Broad St., New York.
Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 28th instant dated at Chicago.
We cannot determine a converter until we get the characteristics of the machine. We are anxiously awaiting the completion of the alternating machine so that we can determine the construction of the converter.
