February 2, 1891.
W.E. Gilmore, Esq., Ass’t. Manager.
Edison General Electric Company,
Schenectady, N.Y.
Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison is going to Schenectady to-night, and we expect that he will be there for a week or more. One of the Seligmans is to send him a draft of an agreement relating to the manufacture of Nickel-in-the-Slot attachments which he (Seligman) desires Mr. Edison to sign. I have arranged with the latter to have this draft mailed to me from Schenectady instead of to Mr. Seligman. Will you kindly see that no mistake occurs in dispatching the document.
Yours very truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary.
