Dear Sirs:-
Referring to the contract of March 11th, 1890, which provides that the Board of your Company must meet and determine within eleven months from that date, the compensation with respect to 865 phonographs which Col. Gouraud claimed to have ordered, I beg to advise you that as Mr. Insull is absent and will not return until the end of the present month, I desire to have Major Eaton represent me at any meeting of your Board which may be called to settle this matter. Kindly notify Major Eaton of the day when his presence will be required, and oblige
