Dear Sir:-
Will you very kindly hand to Mr. Edison the enclosed communication from Mr. Everett Frazar. Mr. Frazar desires Mr. Edison to cable Mr. Vernes, of the Paris Edison Company, in regard to the Sims-Edison torpedo. Please have this attended to at once, as it is important.
I also enclose a communication from Messrs. Eaton & Lewis, attached to which is a report on certain mineral leases, which please hand to Mr. Edison. After the latter has perused the report Messrs. Eaton & Lewis request that it be sent to Mr. W. S. Perry, Treasurer, N.J. & Pa. Concentrating Works, #42 Broad St., New York City.
