Dear Sir:-
I return herewith the agreement between T. A. Edison, Jesse H. Lippincott, Thos. R. Lombard, N.A.P. Co., Louis Glass, Exploiting Co. of California, A.P.E. Co., Chas. A. Cheever, and Felix Gottschalk, Trustee, the same having been enclosed with your letter of 2nd instant. This is the Trust agreement which provides for the distribution of the stock after the dissolution of the trust. What I want is the agreement in which Mr. Edison for a consideration of 5,500 shares of the stock of the A.P.E. Co. agreed to give the Company his inventions covering Nickel-in-the-Slot attachments.
