Dear Sir:-
Referring to my letter to you of 20th ultimo, which is acknowledged in your communication of 5th instant addressed to Mr. Edison, I will be glad to have a copy of the proceedings in question, and will take occasion to point out to you upon its receipt that part of the testimony which I believe will assist us in making a settlement between the N.A.P. Co. and the Edison Phonograph Works.
