Dear Sirs:-
I beg to confirm the following telegram sent to you this morning:
“Re State tax: The Edison Phonograph Company has less than five hundred dollars in Treasury. It owes upwards of six thousand dollars for patents and twenty-six thousand for experiments. A. O. TATE.”
