Dear Sirs:-
Your letter of 7th instant to the N.J. & Pa. Concentrating Works, [illegible text] Lanning Deed of Mining lands in Warren County, New Jersey, between Mr. Lanning and Chas. J. Reed, which document is returned to you herewith, was forwarded to Mr. Edison at Schenectady, who sent it back to me with the following note:
“All right. Have Elliott get new lease.”
