Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm receipt of your telegram to Mr. Edison of even date, and my reply to same, as follows:
“Rapid Transit Co. telegraphs as follows: We have arranged if convenient to Mr. Edison to take his testimony at 3 o’clock this afternoon at Orange. Is this satisfactory? Answer will that suit. JNO. S. WISE.”
“Mr. Edison is still in Schenectady. A. O. TATE.”
