February 28,1891 My dear Insull,- The accounts of the Edison Phonograph Works against the North American Phonograph Company are all in shape for you to pass on. It will take about half an hour to arrange the whole matter, after which the accounts can be very rapidly completed and handed in. There is no use in Ware going ahead and making regular bills without your approval of the items. Mr. Bush, the N.A.P Co’s attorney, is making a formal demand every day upon Eaton for three accounts, claiming that the affairs of the N.A.P.Co. are being injured on account of our delay, so that the first day next week you are able to spare a few moments time the matter could be settled. Yours very truly, (A. O. Tate) Private Secretary. Samuel Insull, Esq., Edison Bdg, Broad St., New York City.
