Memorandum For Mr. Randolph,- Experiments for the Edison General Electric Company will be billed in the following manner: 
L a b o r. 
M a t e r i a l.
G e n e r a l  E x p e n s e (This includes ordinary General Expenses, appliances in use, taxes, insurance and small tools.
D E P R E C I A T I O N.
	Buildings & Fixtures $119,694.86, at 5% per annum. 
	Fine Instruments $18,081.34, at 10% per annum.	
	Machinery & Tools $46,903.36, at 10% per annum.
	General Expense and Depreciation will be distributed as usual upon will comprise the cost of experiments for the Edison Gen’l. Electric Company, and all other experiments excepting those deducted for Mr. Edison personally, we will add 30% to the aggregate cost and above, to cover Interest or Investment. I want a memorandum each month, of any addition to the accounts upon which we charge depreciation, so that I can notify the Edison Gen’l Elec. Co.
