Dear Sir:-
	I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 3rd instant, enclosing Certificate for 33 shares of the Capital Stock of your Company, the same being in exchange for my check of $1,800.00 sent to you 2nd instant, and in payment of my bill for $1,500.00 for property known as the Morris Pond Tract transferred to your Company, deed of which is in your possession. I return herewith voucher which I have receipted, the same having accompanied the letter of your Vice-President dated 2nd instant.
