Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison has received your letter of 28th ultimo, and the Certificate referred to therein for 6100 shares of stock of the North American Phonograph Company, the same reverting to Mr. Edison owing to the forfeiture of a certain agreement between Mr. Edison and Jesse H. Lippincott dated July 30th, 1889, and also by a further agreement dated April 1, 1890.
