Francis R. Upton, Esq., Gen’l. Manager,
Lamp Mfg. Dep’t., Edison Gen’l. Electric Co.,
Harrison, N.J.
Dear Sir:-
We find that carbons marked Jan’y. 29- and put on test by us- and your corresponding order No. 2251- are very good. Ascertain from Force and Hickman what difference there is in the carbons. I also want you to send descriptions of orders previously sent, so I can compare. We get your orders, but don’t know how they are done; therefore cannot compare.
Yours very truly,
(Signed Edison)
