Dear Sirs:
Referring again to your letter of 6th instant,, in regard to taking out a Canadian patent on the toy photograph which was patented here on the 11th of March, 1890, I beg to confirm the telephone message which was sent to you from this office-today, to the affect that Mr. Edison desires the patent in question taken out in the account of the old Edison Phonograph Company.
