Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison has read your letter of the 10th instant, re proposed manufacturing of toy phonograph mechanisms, and he has made the following note upon the same, referring, I assume to paragraph No. 3 of your letter:
"Remember that the license is from the old Edison Phonograph Company and that Lippincott only has a stock interest. Edison."
