March 16, 1891.
Samuel Insull, Esq., 2nd Vice-President,
Edison General Electric Company,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison has received your letter of 13th instant, enclosing copy of a letter from the Engineer-in-Chief of the Edison Gen’l. Electric Company, with relation to Mr. Phelps. The arrangement which Mr. Henderson proposes is entirely satisfactory to Mr. Edison, and the letter has no objection to Mr. Phelps devoting one day in each week to Mr. Henderson’s work.
Yours truly,
(Signed A.O. Tate)
Private Secretary.
