Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison gad read your letter of 17th [illegible text], and in reply he desires me to inform you that is regrets. They [illegible text] that he will be unable to attend the lecture which you propose giving at the Electric Club, New York, on the 27th of this month, he says further that he would be very pleased to [illegible text] you all the assistance possible, but he has no chart showing [illegible text] and Thermo-Magnetic Motor. Mr. Edison says that to not think much of the thermos business anyway.
