March 27, 1891.
Mr. C.A. Brown,
c/o Edison General Electric Co.,
Harrison, N.J.
Dear Sir:-
Your report on the working of Pump Room has been rec’d. and perused by Mr. Edison.
Mr. Edison wants you to be sure and inspect phosphorus every day in dryer and go over the ground on each item every day. He says your report is not enough in detail; also that you are mistaken about marking volts. There is a voltage sheet taken every day; Mr. Upton showed a dozen of them to Mr. Edison last week.
Yours very truly,
(Signed A.O. Tate)
Private Secretary.
