April 1, 1891. Major S.B. Eaton, #160 Broadway, New York City. Dear Sir:- I return herewith the Deed from Mrs. Edison and myself to Samuel Insull which accompanied your letter of 27th ultimo. Enclosed you will find a list of the personal property to be assigned to Mrs. Edison. Please obtain a copy of the old list which was prepared when the property was purchased, and add to it the articles itemized in the accompanying inventory. The list will then be complete. For the information in regard to insurance policies ste. Required in connection with this matter and asked for in your letter of 24th ultimo; I beg to refer to my Insurance Agent, Mr. John H. Wood, whose address is #18 & 20 Liberty St., New York. In regard to the tract of land, about three acres, located on Eagle Ridge, this is where my Greenhouse is situated, and is also to go to Mrs. Edison.
