April 18, 1891. My dear Shaw,- You are right about the Sunbury business, and I wish you every success in connection with the reorganization. Upton tells me that Wilson Howell visited Sunbury and made a good report; but even if the matter were still open Mr. Edison would not invest any fresh money. Yours very truly, (Signed A.O.
