April 23, 1891. Edison Phonograph Works, Mr. Henry C. Ware, Orange, N. J. Dear Sir:- The following is copy of a telephone message rec'd. from Major Eaton to-day in reply to Mr. Tate's inquiry concerning the removal of wrapping paper by the Toy Company:- "If the property in question is covered by the attachment, you can not deliver it, because it is in the Sheriff's custody.
