May 9th 1891 Geo Richards Esq. Dover N.J. Dear Sir Our survey is completed and we are ready to close up the matter. The bearer Mr. Perry will represent me in the matter to go to Chicago I have given him the correspondence and explained matters to him. He will want to satisfy himself as to the debts and obligations of the company. I should prefer that the whole of the stock should be deposited with Drexel and Company Philadelphia to be delivered to me on payment of the amount agreed on less the debts as agreed. Yours truly, Thos A. Edison
