Orange, N.J. May 18th, 1891.
To the Board of Proprietors of the Eastern Division of New Jersey.
Gentlemen,-
Since writing my letter this morning I have received further information regarding the land of the Logan Tract and have decided to make you the following offer, viz.:
I will pay you ten dollars per acre for the miners.. right for an additional thirty acres, extending ten chains to the south west of the tract already purchased by me, and being thirty chains in width as shown in sketch below, together with the right to purchase the full title for an additional fifteen dollars per acre one year from receipt of deed.
