THE GENERAL ZINC RECOVERY & LIGHTING COMPANY, LTD. LONDON, N.C. England May 13, 91. T.A. Edison, Esq., Orange, N.J. U.S.A. Dear Sir:- Re General Zinc Recovery & Lighting Co. Ltd. I am in receipt of yours of the 16th ultimo, the contents of which are noted and I have submitted same to my Directors. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held in the middle of June and your proposition will they be submitted to them for their final determination. To enable me to meet the questions which are sure to be addressed to me I should be glad if you could give me an estimate based upon your experience of American sales and the Royalty accrued due or paid to Lalande & Shapero of what this company might reckon upon as an income from the arrangement. You will quite understand I do not wish in any way to bind you but simply to give me your own estimate as a guide. I should be glad if you could let me have that as soon as possible so as to be here in time for the Meeting. Yours faithfully, J.M. Henderson, Secretary. (Signed) COPY. B.
