I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of 28th inch enclosing certificate of the New Jersey and Penn Concentrating Works as follows:-

There was also enclosed to balance the above transaction their check for $32.67/100
I have taken account of your information in regard to your handing the N.J. and Penn Concent Wks my checks under date of the 28th of May amounting to $36400.00/100
